Title  :    Graduate Tracer Study by Ministry of Higher Education

1. All graduates are requested to fill up the online questionnaire on http://graduat.mohe.gov.my
2. Graduates who were not attended the convocation ceremony, are also required to fill up the online questionnaire on or before 30 June 2012 (Saturday) and print an online survey slip.
3. While collecting the scroll and transcript, graduates are compulsory to submit the following to the Examination & Conferment Unit:
   • A payment receipt of RM100.00
   • A printed online survey slip
   • An alumni form (available on collecting the scroll and transcript)
