To produce quality graduates who are knowledgeable and competent in culinary field. This program can be an excellent platform to provide students with the knowledge of the operation, costs, menu preparation, hygiene and safety in the operation of a commercial kitchen.

Accommodation Fee
  • Accommodation fee of RM 140 per month (inclusive of electricity & water consumption).
  • Transportation fee of RM 50 per month.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Malaysian Students:


  • Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV) with 3 credits in any subject;or
  • Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 3 subjects; or
  • Passed O‚ÄôLevel with Grade C in 3 subjects; or
  • Passed Malaysian Skill Certificate Level 3 in related fields and;
    • 1 credit in SPM/SPMV;
    • Through reinforcement program (if necessary)

  • OR;

  • Passed Community College Certificate Level 3 MQF in related fields; and
    • 1 credit in SPM/SPMV;
    • Through reinforcement program (if necessary)

  • OR;

  • Passed Certificate (Level 3 MQF) in related field with CGPA 2.00; or
  • Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or equivalent with Grade C (NGMP 2.0) in 1 subject; or
  • Passed Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with Maqbool Rank; or
  • Other qualifications recognized by Malaysian Government;or
  • APEL with 3 years of working experience in Culinary field.

Foreign Students:


  • Please submit your High School and any other relevant qualifications.
